The overall cryptocurrency market saw a sea of green with most top-performing cryptos up by double digits in the past 24 hours. Recent altcoins Ethereum Classic, Tezos and Pi absolutely blasted off with massive price action to the upside paired with incredible trading volume.
Of those, Pi Network was the biggest gainer during the climb, growing by 19.51% to $0.4352. This rise was accompanied by a trading volume of $145.7 million. Ethereum Classic took the runner-up spot, surging 8.59% to around $23.57, with a market-wide trading volume of $361.4 million.
The crypto Tezos had the biggest price jump at 12.91%, with a trading value of $0.9234. Tezos’ trading volume has been at $88.15 million. Pepe saw a 10.76% spike, currently trading at $0.00001235, with its 24-hour volume topping $1 billion.
Other cryptocurrencies posted substantial gains. In the last 24 hours, Arbitrum’s price jumped by 9.76% to settle at $0.4633, with a total trading volume of almost $345.5 million. KuCoin Token climbed 9.97% to $11.38, but its 24-hour trading volume was still low around $9.64 million.
Curve DAO Token price increased by 5.92% to $0.9899 with a volume of $343.3 million, and Chainlink price was up 6.19% at $20.88. Chainlink, at just under 8% of the gain, was the next best performer and had the most 24-hour volume of the group, about $1.4 billion. Curve DAO Token made a sub-8% gain.
