Secret whales have been hoarding trillions of Shiba Inu tokens as the $0.001 SHIB price target approaches. Now Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin has proposed a radical architectural shift that just might have miles-wide implications for Shiba Inu. The proposed changes to Ethereum's infrastructure could strengthen Shiba Inu's position in the crypto landscape.

Still, Shiba Inu’s underlying technology foundation is impressive and it’s great to see such development being deployed within the ecosystem. Shibarium, the blockchain that supports Shiba Inu, stands to gain if Ethereum Layer 1 upgrades are successful. Reducing transaction fees would dramatically improve the accessibility of the Shiba Inu ecosystem. Natural language processing and advanced AI This ease of use might lead to more widespread user adoption.

On APRIL 20, Vitalik Buterin released a new, more detailed proposal. More specifically, he proposed that Ethereum should eventually evolve away from its current Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) architecture to the open RISC-V architecture.

"The only way to significantly increase the efficiency of the network’s execution layer." - Vitalik Buterin

The administration’s proposal would increase the performance of ZK-proofs. This initially leaves promising new options for Shibarium to adopt advanced privacy features and improve scalability through ZK-rollups. The Shiba Inu ecosystem is able to work with much lower gas expenses. This adjustment would be a monumental balm for one of the biggest sticking points for users on Ethereum-based platforms.

The new architecture may allow Shiba Inu to achieve better performance which would make it more attractive for decentralized applications. Shibarium develops on top of the file Shibarium’s successor architecture laid down by Ethereum. The better Ethereum’s Layer 1 gets, the better the entire Shiba Inu ecosystem becomes.

The proposal embodies a radical architectural turn for Ethereum that would have profound ripple effects for Shiba Inu. Shiba Inu's position in the crypto landscape could be strengthened by the evolution and improvement of its underlying technology foundation.
